1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZS99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using ZS99 — whether through our website at zs99.vu or through the ZS99 mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered on ZS99, including sports betting, live betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, VIP membership, bonuses, and all payment-related activities. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

ZS99 is strictly for adults. You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering and playing for your own personal use, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of ZS99 or its affiliates.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ZS99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending identity verification. Any winnings accrued by a minor will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one ZS99 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify ZS99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your payment details or contact information.

ZS99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials, failed to use a secure password, or neglected to inform us of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

Account registration is free. There is no fee charged by ZS99 to create an account, and you are under no obligation to deposit funds simply by registering.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

ZS99 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically instant.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically instant.
• Raast — inter-bank instant payment transfer.
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank transfer; processing time may vary.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as listed in your account dashboard.
• Cards — debit and credit cards where supported by your issuing bank.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although ZS99 may apply daily or weekly limits based on account verification status. Deposits made using payment methods not registered to your verified account name may be declined or held pending identity checks.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the one-time identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have updated your verified payment details through the account settings.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200.
• Funds that were received as a bonus and are subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• Any balance that ZS99 has reason to suspect has been generated through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa — within 30 minutes to 1 hour; Raast — within 1 to 2 hours; Bank Transfer — same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff. These are target times and may vary depending on volume and technical factors outside ZS99's control.

ZS99 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal amounts. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ZS99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in its individual terms.
• ZS99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at its discretion, including in cases where a player is found to have exploited or misused promotional terms.
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. Players identified as professional gamblers or bonus hunters may have their bonus eligibility restricted.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ZS99 are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed on the bet slip, except where the "cash out" feature is available and used before the relevant event concludes.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that specific sport. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• ZS99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system or human error, and to recalculate settlement at the correct odds.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. ZS99 may suspend live markets at any time without notice during an event.
• The maximum payout per bet slip is subject to limits stated in the platform's current bet limits, which vary by sport and market.
• Bets placed on PSL, T20 Internationals, and other cricket events are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Any result subsequently altered on appeal may or may not affect settlement at ZS99's discretion.

ZS99 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns. Accounts found to be placing bets in a coordinated or suspicious manner — including but not limited to match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of pricing errors — will have their bets voided and accounts suspended.

8 Casino & Slot Games

ZS99's casino section includes slot games, live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games), and other gaming products. All games are provided by third-party software providers and operate according to published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

• Game outcomes in slots and RNG-based casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generators. ZS99 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.
• Live casino games are operated by human dealers in real time. Decisions made by the dealer or visible on the live feed are final.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session or slot game, the round will be settled based on the game's internal state at the time of disconnection where possible.
• ZS99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's internet connection failing during a game session.
• Casino game bonuses may have different wagering requirements and game contribution rates compared to sportsbook bonuses. Always check the applicable promotion terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZS99 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during account registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering or using ZS99 for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZS99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ZS99 cooperates with relevant authorities and payment providers in cases of suspected fraud or financial crime. Any balance tied to a suspended account under investigation will be frozen until the matter is resolved.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ZS99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or irregular betting patterns.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations. If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, ZS99 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts closed at the player's request without a self-exclusion basis can typically be reopened after a cooling-off period upon request.

11 Responsible Gaming
